Appointmentscalendar

The practice operates an appointment system and routine appointments can be booked in advance with all the doctors and nurses.

Our aim is that, where possible, you should be able to see the most appropriate person, so it helps if you can tell us the nature of your problem.

You are welcome to see any one of our doctors or nurses, although for continuity of care, we do encourage you to see the same doctor for the same ongoing complaint. However, it may not always be possible for you to see your preferred doctor, particularly if your appointment is needed urgently.

To book an appointment, please telephone 01773 713201, call in at the surgery or book an appointment on line via patient access.

Patients requesting same day or urgent appointments will be asked to discuss their problem with the duty doctor. If you require a same day or urgent appointment, please ring 01773 713201.

Telephone Consultations

If you feel that your problem could be dealt with over the telephone, rather than by a visit to the surgery, one of the doctors is available every day on 01773 713201.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse, rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many acute ailments and long term illnesses.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order that we can allocate the appointment to someone else.
