Disabled Access

Kelvingrove Medical Centre is committed to providing services that are equally accessible and responsible to all sections of the community.

Attempts have been made to enable access for everyone, including those who may have some disability. If, however, you have a personal problem regarding access, please do not hesitate to inform a member of staff of your proposed time of arrival and arrangements will be made.

Parking

There is one disabled car parking space available at the Practice for patients who hold a disabled parking badge.

Automatic Doors

There are automatic doors installed at the entrance to the Surgery.

Disabled Toilet

The Practice has disabled toilet facilities.

Hearing Loop

There is a hearing loop installed at the Surgery for hearing impaired patients. Please let the receptionist know if you require this to be switched on.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs are welcome to have access to all areas of the Practice.

Practice Information

If you need information supplied in a different format such as Easy read, Large print, Braille or require other communication support, please let the receptionist or a member of staff know on 01773 713201.

Interpreter Service

If you require the assistance of an interpreter, please let the receptionist know and arrangements will be made.
