Online Services

Our online services make it easier for you to manage your health. They are safe and simple. You can use them to request appointments and medical help, order prescriptions, view your records, and contact the practice.

Getting Started

To use services such as the NHS App, prescription ordering and access to your medical record, you'll need an online account. You can:

  • Register through the NHS App.

  • Speak to our reception team if you need help getting started.

Request an Appointment or Medical Help

The quickest way to contact the practice is through Rapid Health.

Using Rapid Health you can:

✔ Avoid waiting in a phone queue
✔ Request help online
✔ Answer a few simple questions about your problem
✔ Book an appointment directly, where appropriate

If an appointment is not available, or your request needs to be reviewed first, it will be sent to the practice and we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you prefer to call us, our reception team can complete the same questions with you over the telephone.

⚠️ Rapid Health should not be used for life-threatening emergencies. Call 999 immediately in an emergency.

Order Repeat Prescriptions

If you take regular medicines, you can order repeat prescriptions online. This is quicker and avoids unnecessary trips to the surgery.

View Your Medical Record

You can view parts of your medical record securely online using the NHS App or our online services.

  • By default: When you register, you’ll see new information added to your record from that day onwards. This may include problems, allergies, medications, and test results.

  • Full record access: If you’d like to see your full historic record (including past consultations and results), you’ll need to request this from the practice. Please submit a query online or call us 📞 01773 713201.

Please keep your details up to date so we can contact you when needed.
You can update your:

  • phone number

  • email address

  • home address

Having the right details, particularly your email address, means we can send you appointment confirmations, updates, test results and important practice information quickly.

Questions and Admin Requests

Rapid Health can also be used for non-medical requests and routine enquiries.

Examples include:

  • Fit note requests

  • Questions about test results

  • Queries about prescriptions or medicines

  • Updating your medical record (for example, allergies)

  • General admin questions

Our team will review your query and reply as soon as possible.
